For those who love all things French, this Adornment has hand crafted flowers, ribbons, feathers, and a vintage pin nestled in the center.  There is black ribbon with polka dots and a miniture Eiffel Tower dangling from crystals at the bottom.  It has a long ribbon on top for hanging and measures 61/2 X 3" not including the ribbon for hanging.
