This is just gorgeous, it is covered with many stones in Lt green, aqua, amber, and clear.  It would be beautiful with causal wear or that little black dress.  It has ribbons for tying in the back and and will make it easy to adjust to any size.  This will be a show stopper and change any outfit for minimal cost.
